About

UX and Accessibility Researcher born in Brazil and living in Toronto, Canada.

I answer questions by conducting qualitative and quantitative research. These questions aim to
better understand users and improve the usability and accessibility of digital products.

Inclusion in the digital world is very important to me. Hence,
accessibility research is a passion of mine. I believe that by making products accessible to all, we are assuring everyone, including people with disabilities, their basic human rights.

At Tucows, I've been actively working to
evangelize accessibility by forming a cross-functional a11y team.

Fun fact: I hold a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology, which largely contributed to my professional development and expertise in research methods.
